We have several different spaces available. Our private Loft room, the open but secluded snug, and our back room which has big tables for small to large groups. Our kitchen uses locally-sourced ingredients and can cater for most dietary requirements. Contact us to book a table or the private room.

Meeting Space in The Loft

Our cosy Loft room upstairs at The Hub can be hired for your meetings and private events. We can provide delicious food and drink tailored to your requirements.

– Up to 30 seated and up to 40 standing.
– Room hire starts at £15 per hour.
– Own wifi network.
– Tables & chairs provided. Bring your own projector, screen, flip charts (there’s clear wall space for projector use).
– 
Bespoke food & drink options available (eg ploughmans buffet, sandwich & cake platters) or order from our food & drink menu.
– Adjacent break-out area in our Snug. Casual seating plus table and chairs. Away from main cafe and can be cordoned off, but is not a private room.
– Onsite activities available include: 
paddle boarding, kayaking, axe throwing, archery and team building ‘sports day’
– Accomodation available in 
Shepherd’s Huts and bell tents.

Paddle Boarding, Axe Throwing and Archery with Epic Life
Book your activity with 
Epic Life, our onsite partner, then come to us for lunch or tea. 
Book your activity directly with Epic Life, and the room hire / table reservation and food with us.

Pamper Parties with Rose Petals Beauty
Robes, mini facials, face sparkles, nail polish, glitter tattoos and hair styling are all included in the party, and you can add on food & drink from The Hub. Book directly with Rose Petals.

Private Room or a Table

The Loft is our private room upstairs that seats up to 30. Next to it is the open Snug – perfect for parents to escape to!
Downstairs is our big back room with large tables that can be booked. Great for smaller or much larger groups.

Food
you can order at the time of your booking, or pre-order for larger groups. Most dietary requirements can be catered for.

Tiddlers Tea – a real treat! Pre-order essential. The kid’s version of our High Tea with sandwiches, cake, sausage roll and crudités. 

Kid’s Menu – from lunch boxes to sausage & chips, this menu is perfect for younger children.

Main Menu – the full menu. Great for bigger appetites.

Cake – bring your own or buy one of our delicious, homemade ones.

The perfect space for Baby Showers, anniversary meals, and most private events where you need a lovely setting, great food that has options for all dietary requirements, and a relaxed atmosphere.
