Weekly Classes Coming soon...

We’re lucky enough to have Julie from Epic Life coming on Tuesdays and Thursdays running outdoor classes.

The Classes will include:

Beginners Running Club – these sessions are ideal if you are a beginner runner, or if you’ve not run for a while & want to get started again.

SH1FT – Smart High Intensity & Functional Training. Using our 6 degrees of movement with short periods of anaerobic exercise followed by less intense periods of work or recovery.

Buggy Exercise Class – A great way to be able to exercise while spending time with your baby and having lots of fun. This is an all weather class for Mums or Dads with their babies.

PaddleFit – Sit ups, press ups and planks on a paddleboard are great ways to rest & improve balance, core strength & endurance all while having fun on the water.

Watersports
"Working with Julie on my fitness has been great. In the 16 years we have trained together, she has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well being, not just my muscles. As a 66 year old with failing vision, Julie has been considerate of my ability, tailoring our sessions accordingly. So much as, she actually persuaded me to run in the London Marathon back in 2007, which was an experience! Our sessions were always hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. Motivational, passionate & enthusiastic ... all words I could definitely use to describe Julie."
