By discussing the barriers to preventing weight loss, purpose and maintaining an active lifestyle, Sally can suggest, inform, actively listen and support the client in a positive direction.

Jodie is the founder of Thrive Wellbeing Studio (formerly T2T Fitness and Yoga) and is passionate about yoga and wellbeing and supporting you through your journey, whether that is dipping in to yoga or working to really develop and deepen your practice.
With a variety of classes to suit all levels, Jodie’s style of teaching is inclusive and tailored to suit each individual; whether you’re new to yoga and need extra support and guidance or whether you’re experienced and looking for deeper stretches and more challenging poses.
